Just made this for lunch. It rocked. You must try it. It’s super easy and tasty. I only had a problem getting the almond coating to stick. I might try it with seitan or tempeh next time to see if it sticks better. I put one of the tofu chick’ns on the side so you can see what it looks like cause the one in the bun is slathered in homemade ketchup, mustard and naturenaise goodness.
